RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We use standard sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you still want to swap your items for another size/style then you may return the items 

We have a 2-day Exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange.


To be eligible for an Exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an Exchange, you can contact us at info@labelflamingo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

non-returnable items

There are some items that are Made to Order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders can avail of size exchange with an additional courier charge as per actual. For further details please get in touch with us.

Purchases made during the SALE are not  eligible for any Return or Exchange

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not entertain refunds only exchange of style & size.
